-89% will use social media for recruiting in 2011

-1 of 3 employers rejected a candidate because of something they found on social media

-14.4 million people have used social media to find their last job in 2011.

-86% of employers says that candidates should make their profiles more employer friends

-24% of managers found “fit and personality” from a social media profile

-80% of companies use LinkedIn to find talent

-50% of companies use Facebook to find talent

-45% of companies use Twitter to find talent
