Not only that, but it will be free forever!  They like to say that this app gives you the best keyboard you’ve ever used.  We’d have to agree.


Richard White, Co-founder and the CEO of UserVoiceRichard White, CEO of UserVoice announced some new changes in their services which will result in a more user-friendly experience this week. These changes involve some adjustments in their pricing structure as well as the availability of UserVoice Feedback and Uservoice Helpdesk.  These features will give back about $250,000 annually to their customers.  A few of the clients who rely on UserVoice services include Microsoft and Zynga. In short, the Help Desk experience just got better.
